Description:

Savory likes sunny exposure. You can prune its branches 10 cm from the ground to keep it in a nice shape.

Cultural advice:

1. Sowing: Sow from April to May in pots or planters and tamp down the soil. 
2. Thinning: At the 4-5 leaf stage, thin by pulling out the smallest plants and keep only the most vigorous ones so that you only leave a few plants per pot. 
3. Harvest: Harvest the leaves and seedlings from June to October. You can grow savory directly in your sun-exposed garden.

 Savory likes the proximity of beans because it protects them from aphids and they are harvested at the same time.
