TheDuracool 12a is a natural refrigerant gas, with no greenhouse effect or effect on the ozone layer, based on hydrocarbons.

Duracool 12a ideally replaces the r12 , r134a and 1234yf gases that can be found in the refrigeration circuits of automobiles. Duracool 12a is indeed compatible with the two air conditioning oils (mineral and synthetic).

In addition, Duracool 12a has molecules larger than the original gases, saving 30 to 40% of gas on the full charge of the refrigeration system. Each 170g can is equivalent to 484g of HFC-R134a , 513g of CFC-R12 and 340g of HFO 1234yf

Refrigerant gases Duracool work at lower pressures and save up to 40% of CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs.

Duracool 12a ADVANTAGE: DURACOOL® refrigerants do not require approvals to be purchased, or installed in an empty CFC, HFC or HCFC circuit. Any intervention on a circuit that still contains fluoride: CFCs, HFCs or HCFCs requires the intervener to comply with applicable laws (Decree of July 4, 2009).

Namely: this gas is allowed in France but is not approved by car manufacturers, and can cause you to lose the manufacturer's warranty of your vehicle in case of charge in Duracool 12a
