This reduction model is equipped with two twist locks (one on each side of the workpiece), allowing the two opposing half-fittings to be mechanically joined. Thanks to its 360° rotating locking rings and integrated jaws (guides), it ensures a dimensionally stable and perfectly sealed connection. This configuration is particularly sought after for critical operations where the difference in diameter could cause additional pressure stresses when the fluid passes.

To ensure full sealing, our fittings come with built-in NBR seals. The assembly protocol is intuitive: present the half-fittings face to face, ensuring that the respective diameters are aligned. Assemble the faces so that the joints are glued tightly together. Turn the locking rings by hand so that the jaws fit together. To finalize the operation and secure the assembly against vibrations, it is strongly recommended to carry out a final tightening using a suitable Guillemin wrench.
